The Disabiled Students Society is a student advocacy group that promotes the full participation and inclusion of students who self-identify as having one or more disabilities at the University. We also welcome the support of students without impairments or disabilities.
This society wishes to promote awareness, community, and liberation. Disability is defined broadly and welcomes anyone who feels they face barriers and/or discrimination.
We want to create an inclusive community which allows you to talk with people from all different walks of life. The society wants to be your voice so you can be proud of your disability, we want to fight for liberation and to put a stop to barriers and discrimination in today society.
