Description
Our outdoor sports are based at Avery Field, home of Bournville RFC and UCB partners. Training and matches take place on their all-weather 4G pitch.
The Men’s 1 Football team compete in Tier 4 of BUCS.
The Men’s 2 Football team compete in Tier 4 of BUCS.
Training is held at Avery Field on Mondays, 7-9pm.
Fixtures are held on Wednesdays, either home or away.
Strength and Conditioning is held in the HPC, Moss House – Tuesdays, 4-7pm, Thursdays 5-7pm, Fridays 4-6pm.
Membership is £100 per year.
This includes:
- BUCS affiliation.
- Pitch-hire for training.
- Branded kit.
- Professional coaching.

You will need your own football boots (suitable for multi-surface), football socks (white), shin-pads and GK gloves (if appropriate).

All players must register with the FA here.
All players must register on BUCS Play – links will be sent when teams are set (Men’s 1 and 2).
All players should download and register on the Spond App. This shows details about training and fixtures. Use code CNCHY to be directed straight to your team.
BUCS Teams are for Higher Education students only.
Varsity
Varsity is a chance to showcase sports in a day of head-to-head competition against our two partner universities across several sports. Held at the University if Wolverhampton, the full afternoon of sports, fun, and activities is a great end of season celebration for everyone involved.
