Step Into Management Development Scheme - Guild Coordinator

Guild Coordinators (x 2)

Community Engagement Coordinator

Education & Representation Coordinator

Salary: £22,524
Hours: 37.5 h per week

Four years ago, we set out on an audacious journey to become the best students' union we could possibly be for our fantastic students. In that time we’ve grown from a basement under the stairs, to the heart of student life at University College Birmingham.

We’ve spent this year delivering the first year of a truly exciting, and we think ground breaking, strategy for the next three years. From this, we're delighted that we are able to launch the Step Into Management Development Scheme. Offering a structured pathway from coordinator to manager, the scheme has coaching, training and staff development right at its core.

This is a genuinely exciting time to join a new, values-driven, Students’ Union in a modern University with huge determination to be amongst the best. We have the opportunity to innovate and experiment in student representation, campaigning, community building and lifelong learning, to create a students’ union for the future.

We’re looking for two exceptional team members who want to develop careers in students' unions, who are passionate about our mission, and excited to join the journey we're on.
