UCB Guild of Students is a students' union, led by elected students and overseen by a team of staff. We have been growing and developing our own independent financial processes. As such, we are now looking for an experienced person to join the team on a part time basis and take the financial side of things for our small team, as well as undertake a small amount of administrative support where needed.
The Finance Administrator will have accountability for:
1. Accurate and timely bookkeeping
2. Effective office administration/logistics
3. Supporting smooth functioning membership administration
The days and times you would work are flexible, as long as the hours are completed within UCB Guild's regular working week of 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Alongside that, we can offer you a great environment to work in with the possibility of more hours as the organisation grows.
