Update your Webpage

As a society, you'll have access to a webpage on the Guild website. 

This is where students will access information about your society, your activities and join the society if they're interested. You'll also be able to share photos and videos of your events. 

You can find training and a step-by-step how-to guide on the MSL website here: https://www.ukmsl.com/kb/organisations/support/details/. MSL is our website provider. 

 

As a minimum, your society webpage should include: 

  • The contact details for your society so that students can get in touch if they have any questions. 
  • A description of exactly what your society is, what you do and what you've done in the past (or what you plan to do if you're new!) 
  • Information on upcoming events
  • Your membership fee & sign-up (We will add this for you once we've had confirmation of your membership fee) 
  • A logo 

A great society webpage also includes: 

  • Photos from events and activities
  • Links to your social media pages 
  • News articles or posts that may be of interest to your members
