This week we are launching Course Based Societies!
New for 2019/20, the Guild has introduced these groups to bring students together at UCB, giving you the opportunity to meet people with a shared interest or career goal.
The societies will be able to put on a range of activities and events including course trips, career events, networking and socials.
These groups will also provide a place for you to shape and change your course and experience at UCB, giving you the opportunity to work together with University and Guild Staff to make your education and student experience better.
We think this is really important and that everybody should have the opportunity to join so we made membership completely FREE and open to all students at UCB.
To join, all you have to do is click on the society of your choice (you’ll find a list here) and checkout with the membership in your basket.
For this week only, we are running a competition to celebrate the launch of Course Based Societies. The prizes include tickets, meals, online vouchers or a Guild Hoodie and are being ran across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter – head over to these platforms to find out how to enter.
